2) Print the invoice
FOR SURREY: Add up the total cost of your classes, fill in the blank 'total' space and bring it with you to your first class of term (or post to Miss Deirdre before term starts!) HAVING MADE PAYMENT.
FOR W3: Please tick the classes you require and either return the form by post or bring it with you to the first class of term HAVING MADE PAYMENT.
